Living Well with Diabetes Speaker
On February 6, Dr. Christensen discussed Diabetic Foot Healthy and tips to keeping your feet healthy at Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory, Mississippi.
The W's Life Enrichment Program

Starkville Health Fair
Dr. Van provided patient education and free foot screenings at the Starkville Health Fair in September.
Gilmore Memorial Hospital Speaker Series
As part of the hospital's speaker series, Dr. Christensen spoke about basic foot care and treatments to commonly seen problems.
Service Trip to Kenya
Dr. Christensen traveled to Limuru, Kenya in July '16 to volunteer his services. He saw 147 patients at the local medical clinic and provided free care, ranging from basic foot health to fitting patients with custom arches and new shoes.
APMA Annual Scientific Meeting
Dr. Christensen attended the American Podiatric Medical Association's Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando, Florida.
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in Starkville
The Starkville Chamber of Commerce welcomed Foot Specialists of Mississippi to the neighborhood with a certificate presentation and ribbon cutting ceremony.
Starville Diabetes Health & Awareness Fair
Foot Specialists of Mississippi gave free foot scans, samples and educational materials to fair attendees.
Amory Railroad Festival Health Fair
As part of the RRF Health Fair, Dr. Van performed free foot scans and provided educational materials on common foot conditions.
